I was typing so0 fast that I just noticed the typo, and i can believe why most would think im BS'in, and being a creditable man...its not in my nature to BS....its 16.2 not 14.2.. Im going to try to find my Time slip from Rock Falls, the Pass at 16.2 was made in August of 2006... as far as the typo goes that is my fault and I apologize....However.....Most of it is stock, The Engine is a Buick LN3 3800 Rebuilt, It is K&N Filter charger Equipped, It Has ACDELCO Performance Racing Wires and GM Performance Coils, The Spark Plugs are NGK Platinums, Ive had the ECU Flashed Had the electronic governor removed..and some mixtures changed.I run premium 93 in it for fuel..The S1 part of the front marking is noting Stage 1, cause My tinkering has been mostly based around improving it with natural aspiration , The Exhaust has a Glass pack after the Cat, and a nice After market Chery bomb Performance Turbo Muffler with dual output. its quiet if your just cruising but when you get on it its loud.i'd like to replace it with an aftermarket cat back like magnaflow system like off of an F body Camaro in the late 90'*.....I have big plans coming....It has GTP components...The Front Brakes are out of a Wrecked 97 that was T boned The Pads are Wagner Heavy Duty since the swap i can almost stop on a dime from 55 MPH, .....I painted out the Supercharged part of the badge...im looking for a GTP of that era and get the regular badges off it not noting the supercharged part....Also..Thats why there is only one GTP badge on it. now....A buddy of mine with his 95 GTP suggested what you guys said..but felt i was justified in having a GTP insignia on the side due to the part swap........You guys on here are quick with the Generation 2'* proubly running the same if not a bit faster with the supercharged models....My next Thoughts lay in In asking the Bonneville community, Does Twin T28'* from Greddy sound like the next logical step?....Wouldn't I have to find a control box that could interface...Where would be a good place for the Intercooler.....This is where my GNX Idea comes from...The Grand National Turbos would work..wouldn't it?.....On 3900performance.com, they sem to indicate that the direction to go is Supercharged...Also the Idea of Droping a Northsar out of a Caddy has been suggested........however im one who tends to go for the unique set ups.......
This club knows its **** from the comments ive read....Im open for suggestions and where to go with this.....and by the way...how the hell do you add images to this post?....[/img]

As far as the time errror, hey, at least you own up to it
spelling errors happen all the time.... just ask Badnit.
As far as the GTP badge goes, I still don't think that it really belongs there. It just looks out of place and many people will think that it is poserish.
I think that you should definatly post up some pics, that is one nice clean car ya got there. Someone will chime in on the turbo setup soon, you are very right in saying that the people here know their stuff.
Don't get offended if somebody here says that you might be going the wrong way or suggests something different. They would only tell you that out of experience, not hearsay or bs.

Your plugs, wires, and coils didn't buy you any power. Those are tune-up items.
Ok, your car is a PRE-series ONE. Series 1 started in the Bonneville in 1992. They run a bit quicker than you, and the L67'* quicker yet. The Series 2 started in 95 for the non-supercharged, and 96 for the supercharged. Just to get you on the right track with generation/series.
You can see our top-25 Bonnevilles here:
http://www.rogue-cavern.net/fwdquarter.html
As you can see, the slowest of the top-25 is running 14.857. That number should be shrinking dramatically as we go through the rest of the season.
You mention turbo? What are your plans for the trans? It won't hold. Plan on at least a $2500 fund ready to go into that trans if you turbo the car.
You guys on here are quick with the Generation 2'* proubly running the same if not a bit faster with the supercharged models

So What would you guys recommend?....As far as enhancements?....The Turbo Idea, is A brainstorm.....THM440T4 is a Strong Tranny, But I know it isnt meant for Turbo'*...however I think it would be NUTZ!.....ID Like to Have the First GNX Bonne....Would Be something nobody has ever seen....
definitely. if you're going to go turbo, definitely make sure there is quite a bit of money to have that 440 built up. It won't withstand a whole lot more torque than is already delivered to it stock. also, did you mention a dropped thermostat? You might want to install a 180 or even a drilled 180 stat. That'll help keep the temps down, lower temps mean less chance for KR, less KR=more timing. good direction to be in. Also, you might want to get a transmission cooler, if you can't afford a whole transmission to be performance built right now, then you will want to protect this one for as long as possible. Also keeping it cool will help the engine stay cooler easier.
Hey, we've got a member that works in the same place as you. He recognized your MySpace photo. In fact, you work with his Aunt.
He may want to check out your car. He might also be able to give you some pointers and advice.
