Default 160 degree thermostat?

i saw they make a 160 degree thermostat for my 92 bonneville. is it a good idea to get this?

I run a non-drilled 180. I think 160 may be a bit low if you don't have any mods or needs to run at 160, esp. if it'* NA.

160 would require a custom PCM, and would be far too cold for the climate in NJ.

Go no lower than a 180, and drill one small bypass hole in it (1/16").
