Default 1,111,000 Mile Bonne

Maybe some of the Mankato people can look into this..........I heard today that there is a sales men at Heintz (Don't know his name) that owns a documented, one owner, 90 Bonneville, with 1,111,000 miles on the ORIGINAL ENGINE AND TRANS!!!!! ONly thing he'* done is routine maintinance, replace the drivers sit 5 times, and just put 700 bux into the A/C system......TALK ABOUT A LOYAL CAR!!!! I heard this today from a guy in Janesville that runs a body shop that has a buddy that knows this guy that works at Heintz......I can't believe it.......It'* almost like the guy bought a Peterbuilt or something to get that many miles....

This car probably never saw any engine speed above 3,000 rpm. Impressive none the less. I want to see this car. Thats 73,333 miles a year. I also want to know what this guy did as a living and his stratigies for staying awake while driving at night.

I'd be willing to snap some pix of that, mainly because I wanna see it too. I might be able to get on that tomorrow and ***** my new camera. . .. er that Bonneville. That and Marsha will probably hand me the keys to it and tell me to get it warmed up, make sure the oil still flows.

It is a little tough to verify with the odometer only being 6 digits. Do you realize that that averages over 74000 miles per year? I doubt it'* true but if it is, it is quite a testimonial for the durability of the drive train/

I'm going to Heintz this Saturday. I'll ask around to see what the word is.
