Default '02 Bonne Tail lights seem to burn out often, Anyone else?

I notice that the taillights and rear marker lights burn out frequently on my '02 Bonne. I have also noticed other Bonne'* with burned out tail lights also.

When I look at the sockets, the white plastic is turning brown from the heat. I am sure they are getting too hot and burning out prematurely.

Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks

twice for me, the inners are usually the ones I see. My drivers inner was the first to go than about 2 or 3 months later the passengers inner went, after that I just changed them all.

Only ever replaced a couple of bulbs over the span of 130,000km in my '02 SE. No real problems here.
