With the motor out, separate it from the regulator by removing these three bolts (also 10mm). Reverse everything to reinstall.

Put a couple pieces of tape over the window to hold it up when you remove things. In my case, tape is cheap and coupe windows are heavy (and expensive), so I went for overkill.

Pull out this foam piece, then loosen (but don't remove yet) those seven 10mm bolts. (Three are off to the right and not pictured.)

If you have a tweeter, unplug that red and black wire. Also unplug the yellow and black power mirror plug, but you may not need to do that.

Now, grab a trim tool (preferably) or a screwdriver or putty knife, and pry each of these little clips off. In my case, the last owners have been inside, so mine practically fell off.

Now remove the two screws. They're pretty deep inside, and they point slightly upward. Remember that when you're reinstalling them.
