Default Techinfo Fixed!

I finally got around to fixing the doubled up text in the Techinfo articles. This problem was a result of moving and upgrading the board. If anyone finds any errors or wants anything added, let me know.

There are some major changes coming to Techinfo. More categories, easier to find stuff. When Jeff gets time, we'll see some great stuff coming!

All of the old posts in the old Gatherings, Buy/Sell, and Mechanical and Maintenance sections have been moved into the new categories. The Techinfo link to Mechanical and Maintenance still needs to be deleted, but otherwise things are working pretty smoothly.
