Hi, Im new to this site and upon searching for problems/solutions tons of post link to some techinfo articles and all I am getting are dead links. Is there a new link? Have these articles been lost?

Not lost, per se, but a switch in forum software has the tech info section in limbo. Until it is retrieved the search function near the top of the page will bring up the links for the problem you are having. Also you can post threads in the proper section and some very knowledgable people are around to help you.
