I know we have admin, moderator and gearhead titles, but it would be helpful to have titles for those who are registered vendors, revoked vendors, and also banned members so that people don't try and communicate with them.

When a person is banned, they lose their rights and priveleges. That includes PM'*.

What I think JimmyFloyd is trying to say is, even though a member may be banned, other members may still be able to PM them regardless of the other members staus.

On the flip side, if a member has been banned, it is usually noted within the post (ie locked, admin interaction etc)
