It may be possible. I do know that MNBC is running on a different version of PHPBB that BC is and that could ultimately allow or disallow this mods since mods are version sensitive. It also would need to be determined if there are any other mods that will contridict this one that are installed.

Granted this is a fairly simple mod to add, there are still restictions.
