On paper it IS a real good idea.. but in real world scenario, I don't think it will fly (maybe like Rice)

There will be no segregated lounges on BC. Segregation is discrimination, no matter how subtle, and it invites posting of offensive materials to both sexes. Some people just can't resist peeking into the other locker room.
I seriously doubt Jeff Keacher would appreciate an idea like this. I'm not trying to rain on anyone'* parade, as always, we welcome all ideas to be discussed here, but this one is just not possible. It goes against everything we stand for. Our best path forward is to find common ground, rather than to duck and run, and hide in a 'safe zone'.
We're big. We're bad. We're ugly. And we'll get along just fine
