Can someone add a member list name search feature...many times someone will recommend that i pm "so and so" about a certain question i have...and then i have to page-by-page, sift through the members until i get to the one i'm searching for...unless i'm blind and there'* already a search feature in use...

You can use the search feature and use a wildcard name to search for posts by say Bonnem* for me.
