I know we have the "Home" page as our main page, but what about instead of opening the site to the forum we get to a main page showing some overall info...

This would be great for COTM, meet times and places, a link to the store, it could display whos currently on forums/chat... it could also house the link to the chat instead of it being in a topic.

I know the site is owned and paid for by someone else but maybe we could take something like the "about the site" page and transform it into a main page with all of our information on it...

That sounds pretty cool, to me.
