Nerv...drive it up to my place... I'll cruise it around for a bit and check it out for you.

I'm thinking it'* fine. Next time it'* acting funny, take your foot off the pedal. What does boost level do? Yep..it'* fine.

ok i tihnk i figured it out, my car seems to have a minor misfire, so would the misfire in 1 cylinder, require more boost in the other 5 cylinders to maintain the same rpm? im working with my teacher to find the misfire this week

A misfire will have no effect on boost. The same pressure and flow enters each cylinder when the valves open.

You need to better describe the effect on what you're seeing, including whether you're on an incline or decline, what your foot is doing, and whether or not you have cruise control set.

I don't see anything wrong with your boost management at this point.

i set the cruise at 65, used to be that normally it would be -10 downhill, -8 flat ground, and -2 to 0 on an incline, recently its been around -8 downhill -4 level and 0 to 2 on an incline

That can vary dependent on the temperature and humidity. Sounds very reasonable to me. As long as you still get around 8psi at WOT, you're fine.
