I took mine off and examined it. The seal that goes around the shaft is bad and leaks when the rod is moved. I'm trying a cobblejob with some RTV and a piece of hose, but I really dont think it'* going to work.

I'm sure I could find a running L67 for their price, whether from gmpartsdirect or a dealer
