im going to be swapping in an l67 (as you probably already know) and i was wondering whats the smallest pulley i can safely run without having to do major work or spending major dollars? im going to have the mods in my sig plus a dhp powertuner, stage 1 blower cam, rockers, springs and retainers.

With those mods, I'd guess 3.5 maybe 3.4 until you do PEM'* or headers? Then maybe 3.3". But I'm not the local S2 expert.

with thoes mods add PEMS......that will be your biggest restriction....i think with all that you can get away with a 3.3 maaaaaybe 3.2 that is only if you get the PEMS

i would say with the cam and pems you should be able to go to a 3.2
this is where rogue should chime in

I hate these kinds of topics just b/c EVERY CAR IS DIFFERENT! This is how engines blow up... Its fine if your just curious what pulley others have been able to drop to but dont take that with a grain of salt.

Once you get all that stuff done, scan and keep droping pulleys until you can have no KR and a good amount of timing. Also if you decide to do a cam I'd at least have those PEM'* on, 3" DP, and change to some Autolight 104'* or 103'* depending on KR.

So you're doing a stage 1 cam AND rockers? 1.7 rockers or what? With that setup I would say you should be able to run a 3.3 with no problems, but scan to be sure, and you might be able to run a 3.2 but definately scan before doing that. Every car is different and there are a lot of variables that come into play on what pulley you can run.
