Default Waste Gate?

The two bolts that hold my waste gate to the SC are in slotted holes. Can I move the WG up or down to increase boost? I have a 94 Series 1 witha pulley measuring 2.365" running 10 lbs of boost.

All it will do is put you into the boost faster, no more boost can be gained by it.
