Default Series II L67 */C underside pics anyone have and general Qs

I plan on running a wild setup like this guy

Mike'* Home Page

Dual eaton M90, but that guy had the Supercoupe version with the exit facing up, your cars face down directly into the intake.

So id like to get an idea what it looks like, before I start/purchase the superchargers.

I thought 75 ea was a bad price for a supercharger, but its a great deal.

2 at my local pick a part.

Second part,

whats the best way to cover up the noise holes? is it safe to weld them at all, some say okay, others say jb weld.

Thanks

Use Subalbum "Supercharger"

As for closing the holes. I've heard mixed reviews. However the one common theme is don't do anything like a JB Weld unless you have an intercooler to catch any chunks that might break off.

I welded my silencer ports shut. Add a small piece of aluminum and then weld a little here, then there, and let cool. Cover the inside with a copper plate to prevent and dripping inside.

I took these pics when I was at the yard.

Are they both M90s?

The black 96 I couldnt get the hood up, this might sound stupid but wheres the latch for the hood?

LOL one car had its hood up, the other was mising a bumper and I could find the latch.

They appear to be, but one looked a tad different (diff finish and seemed to be a smaller housing)

So am I right?

Ya, those look like M90s. The hood latch is in the right hole in the area under the hood.

HMMMMMMMMMM right hole, one was in the left under the grille. THe right is the passengers side. (looking towards the car) is where I saw it on the other car, but couldnt find it on the black one.

IDK what happen, I even got my hefty hands stuck in between the grille and bumper and couldnt get it out. LOL Thank God I had my cousin with me and he pulled the hood up LMAO.

Hey anything you guys want or like off these cars?

I can pull it for you. LMK.

This is my new job selling Junkyard car parts.
