I wish I had known about this earlier, just had my intake manifold off. It'* one of the most complicated intakes I have seen, all sorts of internal passages.

Wow, if this is what i think it is then it'* ingenious. I would have never thought of something like this. Good idea, and i can't wait to see this happen. That is, if it is what i think it is.

Because of the nature of the project (what it does), we'll be probably testing the first couple units in early spring, with availability in early summer. I'm just guessing here, but we'll probably be in the $300-$500 range (US).

hey willren... I hope all is going well developement wise. I do want to offer my help in the matter if you need an "outside" opinion or idea for something frustrating you. I'm not in it for any financial gain.. I'm just really not interested in making anything mechanically related ... I've mentioned my small fabrication company to DrJay but my only intrest finacially is structural and body. I wanna see other 3800 owners get what ever your cooking up as much as you do ... so if you need a hand or idea with something PM me... if not hope it goes well and gets out for trials soon

What kind of specifications are the vehicles gonna have to meet for this to work at all or to it'* fullest potential? Or what has to be already mod'd for the kit to function or I dunno.....not blow up my car? If it'* something that I can meet easily or the mods are within reach around prototype time......I would definantly be interested. What are the guestimated gains from this?

Heavy, I have a few local shops in mind that I use regularly. They know me well, but thanks!

Lakeville, you're going to want a smaller pulley on the SC and exhaust. This mod by itself won't stress anything, but rather RELIEVE it. The goal is to be able to reduce KR enough for the 92/93 to be able to step down to the 2" pulley without KR, and the 94/95 to be able to step down to the 2.2".

Right now, for KR management, the best choices are 2.2" for the 92/93 and 2.5" for the 94/95.

As always I am always interested in something to increase boost.....Im in for whatever you need...this winter I will not be driving the Bonne it will be garaged, so if you need me to tear into it and get some info for you on the 95 L67 give me a holler (pm) and we can discuss this further. Also I would definately be interested in the mod once it comes out.

So all I'll need to do is get a 2.5 pulley and open my exhaust a lil bit and I'm ready to go?
