What are the torque specs. for the supercharger bolts that attacht the snout to the body, and the nut that attachtes the pulley to the snout.

For the nut, I'm not aware of a spec, just get it as tight as you can without damaging the pulley. You'll have to hold it with a strap wrench or something similar. Make sure the gap between the pulley and nosedrive is the same as it was before, and the same amount of threads are showing on the shaft outside the nut.
