The smallest pulley I see on pulleyboys.com is 2.3 ", for series I engines.
BTW I don't think I have ever revved it up to 5500 rpm. On my stock setup, the power band seems to be at a lower rpm.

Sorry for the consecutive posts. But could someone give me more information on exactly how this modification "feels" when you are driving. Generally, while driving at a steady speed, my boost gauge stays negative. It'* only when I step on it do I get positive boost showing. With a modified pulley, I just get that boost sooner? Does this mean I am going to get more power at a lower rpm?
I don't want to do a mod that is going to trash my gas mileage, either.

Becuase the SC is spinning at the same speed but earlier, you'll get the boost sooner. It won't trash your Mileage as long as you dont step into it all the time like some people. (Raises hand)

ok, there are 2 things that rarely go together. unless you talk nitrous. and they are performance and fuel economy. power is equal to the amount of fuel burnt. the more fuel that you engine can burn in a given time , the more horsepower you have. this is one reason why we take care of the inlet(intake system) and the exit(exhaust) to increase the ability to move the air through the engine. an engine is nothing more than a glorified air pump.
as for the fuel economy with a smaller pulley goes, as soon as your MAF sensor picks up that you are flowing more air, it will richen up your fuel curve.

New Tensioner
You will probably need to change the tensioner on your 95 too. Min was sliping so bad with the 2.5 pulley it tore up the Gatorback belt in one month.....
