Default Pulley Puller

Is their any other pullers out their that don't cost over $100? I want to change my pulley but the puller costs more then the pulley itself.

No there isn't. Your pulley is aluminum, and is press fit onto the shaft. You need a puller that will fully support the back face of the pulley so you don't damage it.

Could he rent one from Ricer Zone, or a similar place?

No, they don't have them. These are very unique setups. Not a common pulley or puller. He can RENT one from ZZP or INTENSE.

Definately rent it. Don't try to get it off without the 3800 pulley puller. It is a lot of money but totally worth it. It will not come off without it and you will destroy your */C. After you see one of these things work you will understand why. Plus, if you have never done it before I would recommend you get someone to help you that has because it is a little tricky if you don't know how to set it up.

Keep in mind we're talking about Series 2 from 96-current production with the M90 ONLY.

The 91-95 L67 can use a standard 3-jaw puller, as the pulley is keyed, not pressfit.
