how can i get more boost out of a stock supercharger from a 93 ssei?

Forced Induction area...not this one...this is 92-99 mechanical.

You can put a 2.3" pulley on from Pulley Boys. I suggest you first check your fuel pressure to ensure it is in stock range. You don't wanna go lean.

You should modify your intake, install a 180° thermostat, and check your fuel pressure FIRST.

After the pulley change, you'll need to scan your car for KR.
