Its play when you turn it like a dial.
That'* a good sign it'* the coupler.

As for putting in the coupler is that a tough task. Or should I do it?
If the car is a 92 Buick, you will have to pull the blower because I don't think you have enough room to pull the snout off with the blower on the car.

Correct. Pull SC. To put back, you need the red gasket maker, SC outlet gasket, 2 yellow coolant O-rings, and a TB gasket.

The whole job for a beginner is a 6 hour FUN job at the most. All parts including coupler and oil should run you less than $100 US (That'* $650 Canadian).
