Default Low Boost....

At idle my boost gauge reads -10. When I stomp on it, it wont read positive numbers. When I inch the throttle forward from idle it goes up to -8 briefly then back down to -10. What is supposed to be here?

No Sir. If the BCM was bad would the SES light be on?

Quick test. Take that vaccum elbow that is partially circled off. That will tell you if the BCS (that thing right there in the pic with the empty vacuum port) is bad. If not, look for the line that goes to the MAP from the same vacuum tree that the line in the top-right of the pic goes to. Cracked?

After I took the elbow off the gauge still reads the same. No that line in the top right is not cracked.

I got pulled over and lost my license. I was going 90 in a 55. If I get this fixed maybe next time I can get away.

The problem is likely your boost control actuator. The big round black thing with the vacuum line going to the top in your picture.
