I believe the expected HP is around 50, although it will depend on other mods as well.

There is a small increase from the intercooler alone, I think ZZP says 20 HP, just from the cooler, denser air. But the real gains come because the intercooler lets you drop pulley sizes/advance timing because it'* a KR fighter, and that yeilds gains of MUCH more.

I think you are referring to the S2 L67. Let'* keep in mind the readers that aren't quite "in the know" yet. S1 L67'* have proven to be nearly impossible to fit an intercooler to. The biggest obstacle on those motors is the fuel manifold/injector assembly, as the injector go into the manifold as opposed the the S2, which go through the cylinder head. There are work-arounds, I am sure. But from a cost-effective standpoint, S1'* are left in the cold

S2'*, on the other hand, have a few cooler kits available. But even those are somewhat pricey.

Personally, I'd go with the intercooler that sits right between the SC and the LIM. It'* about an inch thick, and doesn't crowd up the engine bay.

I was designing something exactly like that about 4 years ago, but someone beat me to it. :P
