I don't think that it would be a fair comparison. Will how much driving did you do with the water injection? I think that Paul was the only one out of all of use that has run water injection on a daily basis and with the amount of miles he accumlated. It may also be that Bullet just had a SC that had a bad batch of coating on it from Factory? But the issue of the bearings still needs to be addressed. He will be injecting post rotor so I don't think he has anything to worry about at this point. Neither will someone that wants to inject pre-rotor for track use only. This may be a warning to those who want to inject pre-rotor on a day to day basis though.

Hey, I wasn't injecting on a daily basis. It was just for racing. I probably went through about 5 half gallon fill ups the whole time. Two of those were at Woodburn.

Geez, if I was losing 1-3 lbs with an indicated 11. psi and running 13.5 sec quarters with a 3800 lb car, then this new SC is gonna haul.

www.canadiansupercharger.com will re-coat them for you. Or possibly exchange them.

Tell Brian I sent you.

Whoops... Sorry I thought you were running it for a while during the summer months before you went to Woodburn

You stil had 11 Psi with the coating gone? .

Did you have intense re-burn the PCM for the Gen 5? You fuel trims might be whacky without it? Maybe a DHP Power Tuner is in order.[/quote]

I am following Todd Allen'* advice since he did the Gen V conversion and did not require fuel trim changes...........Todd, are you out there?? I'll PM him to make sure.

Canadian Supercharger eh. I'll try looking them up.

Just checked the CSC site and it'* $740. for the SC plus $150 for the core charge.
The nose drive is $360. plus $100 for the core charge.

So then mine are worth $250. plus the LIM another say $250 is $500.
But to be useful, I would have to pay $740. to get the rotors coated.

I think I'll put it on the shelf for now.

I can sell you more than one SC for that cost.
