Default I updated the supercharger oil change

GM has changed the procedure for changing the oil to allow Mobil1 synthetic oil as a substitute. This is now reflected in the write up.

Would it be acceptable to use 5w-20 full synthetic becuase thats what they tell me use at the shop I work at?

Does this apply to 00+ models (Pontiac Bonneville)? Ithe paperwork only shoes 90s

Perhaps you could add the weight of Mobil 1 synthetic oil that is recommended to your write up. 10W30?

5W30, and it'* listed in the document. That is a little hard to read though so I updated the text as well.
