I doubt it would hurt anything being that I didnt wipe off any off the grease while pulling them out. This is the thing though. I couldnt pull out the turbine all the way due to the alt bracket being in the way.. I was only able to get gasket maker on 85% of the turbine plate side, being that the turbines were in the way, is that fine? Also when I did pull out the turbine it looked like there wasnt even any gasket maker on that side any way.. :? not really even a hint of it.

The toleranaces are very tight. Most likely you are ok w/o any issues. The prexisting gasket material probably sealed itself right back up.

From the factory (after factory machined tolerances are checked), there may not be any sealant. After pulling it apart, due to age, expansion/contraction from heat, and debris, they should be sealed.
