Also, I'm going to change the fuel injector o-rings while I'm there. Anyone have a PN for that by any chance?

I use a glove and my finger to evenly spread a thin layer on the whole flat surface. This way there is almost none to squish in or out.
Both ways work nearly identically. And the supercharger coupler is probably one of the easiest things to do on the entire motor except changing the air filter when it'* dirty.
It'* really that easy. (Once you get it off the car that is...)

I like to leave a bead so that the mating surface distribute it without a possiblitity of a thin spot or void.
But any technique that is proven to produce zero leaks will suit you just fine. Either bill'* or bill'*.

Fuel Injector O-rings for the 92-95 L67:
AC Delco # 217-1379
GM # 17113544
Buy one kit. You'll have parts left over. You only need 12 blue 0-rings total, don't use the spacer/sleeves.

Just so I got this straight now, for a coupler change on a 95 SSEi which has a Series 1 Generation 3, M62 Eaton Supercharger. I need the following:
- Coupler
- GM Supercharger oil Qty 2
- Tube of GM Gasket maker
- Fuel Injector 0-rings pt # AC Delco #217-1379 or GM # 1711 3544 ( how many? )
- Throttle Body Gasket.
- 1 pair of Supercharger yellow coolant passage O- Rings, Qty 2
- Intake manifold gaskets.
Anything else I missed or should do before I ask Cath to place the order?
Thanks everyone.
