Quick tip if the routing is wrong: the vacuum line to the top of the BCA should go to a vacuum tree/post to the SC inlet or TB somewhere BEFORE the SC rotors.

Guess what guys - my lines were hooked wrong by some other dunderhead! I have the right parts on order. I jury rigged it and it works great... all kinds of Bonny Power!!
