Boost is determined by engine load. In cruise, you're not under load, and are dumping boost through the bypass.

Peak boost will only be seen at WOT (wide open throttle). This is why the L67'* are so fuel-efficient.

They only deliver boost when demanded.

It is installed and working. I just need to hook up the power and ground wires and I am ready to go.
