Loyde is a bright guy...but I'll pass on this 'mod' for a street car.

Bypass system used for unloading supercharger during idle and light load, resulting in better fuel economy and quiet operation

I'm tempted to do it...because my mileage sucks balls anyways, but what about the BCS?

ok ppl got this one from GM tech ppl on a radio show 2 weeks ago talking about super chargers on today'* car'* fact is the bost bypass is there to keep your engine alive so that it makes it to the 200,000 mile mark they where talking about keeping boost to 9-10 insted of the 30 plus on the aftermarket of the 70'* and 80'* because of less stain on the engine so if you take it off , bypass it .........i hope it'* not your only car
