Pretty much, the old BCA arm is against the rubber stop at idle, then is pulled up when revved.
The new BCA arm is held up by vacuum at idle, and goes down when revved.
I'm not doubting you guys, but as you can tell, I'm confused since I guess the way it should be isn't what I've seen. I'll take it for a drive tomorrow

I'll take it for a drive tomorrow. When the new-new actuator comes from Magnuson, I'll let them know of my mistake and ship it back to them. Their service is excellent, and so are their price on the actuator
