Good luck Merlin and I hope they can catch it for you. The rotors must be fine if there is no noise so the devil is in the control somewhere?

When we removed the BCS from the equation, the SC made an awful noise....
It doesn't make any noise at 3psi, but when we tried to increase it, it made a really sick sounding noise.

If your SC is actually bad, this would be the FIRST mechanical breakdown of an Eaton M62 or M90 that I've seen.

Be absolutely sure before you spend hundreds of dollars. A second or third opinion would be great.

I'm going to order a BCS tomorrow....

Anyone got the PN for the BCS?

When I phoned on Friday to order one, they asked for the last few digits of my VIN

Merlin, there should be an 8-digit part number on yours.

All Series II L67'* used the same one.

Ok... I got that part....
My friend at GM said not to get the part too dirty, and if it doesn't work I could return it.

But now I'm stuck.... what do I do now?
I'm not very good under the hood.

EDIT/UPDATE

Got Boost??? I do
Replaced the BCS with some help from ppl online... many thanks.
Took her for a spin.. noticed the improvement before I left the parking lot.
