The belt tensioner? I know they have idler pulleys of different sizes. I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about but you can check it out at

I'm assuming you want a stronger ARM? None that I'm aware of, but you can increase your grip on the SC pulley by going with the idler in that link, and changing to a Gatorback belt at the same time.

The larger diameter idler will cause the idler arm to ride at a higher tension than stock (if you keep the same belt length), increase the wrap circumference around the pulley (critical on a 92/93 running the 2.2" pulley), and replace the bearings in the idler before they fail (which may be soon considering your year).

You won't need a new belt, but the ZZP idler will get your stock length belt running back where it used to.

Edit......look at the belt travel very carefully at idle after your pulley swap. Make sure it'* clearing everything and your idler isn't near the end of travel.

Same size for Series 1 and Series 2. It was originally designed for the Series 2, my car test-fitted it for the Series 1

That'* a good question. You may have to contact Zoomer or ZZP for that one, or wait for one of the Series 2 gurus get in here. Is the stock pulley a 3.8 or a 3.6? I forget.

I don't know if it helps, but I went from a 2.5 to a 2.2 and it worked great for me.
