Do not open that */C plug when the engine is hot!
It uses a 3/16 inch hex head. The best way is with a 3/16 inch socket and a 1/4 drive with a long extension. Be very careful not to strip the part where the wrench goes in there. Yes you have to take off the two covers for the wires - it is on the passenger side of the engine.
Use */C oil from the dealer only.
