The mods you listed don't support that small of a pulley. Your scan showing knock retard, and the fact you are getting 11 PSI boost are clear indications the lack of performance is not related to boost, it is due to the engine pulling timing (knock retard) in response to the pre-ignition.

Why don't you keep the new blower and install the stock pulley from your old one.

I have been looking into getting a pcm tune, Finding someone able to do it on a 93 obd1 system is turning up pretty scarce. Has anyone used that tunerpro program on a laptop? I am going to put the old setup back on until I can get it up to par. I really want it to be fast. Yes i am 18 so i want to always go faster.
Or if anyone has a ocm that is already to go for more boost id be very interested in purchasing it.

If he were to intercool his supercharger, he could reduce his KR.

Was thinking about the JET stage 2 chips. Will this help to be able to run the smaller pulley?

Running that small of a pulley needs cooling.

Those chips are garbage. Programming is based off of canned tunes and may or may not work in your setup. In your case, custom programming is needed.

I swapped it back over to original setup, runs great again, fought a few vacuum leaks but sorted that out, put in new autolite 104s, fresh full synthetic 5w30 oil, and new TPS and cleaned the throttle body. I think im going to go ahead and get the rest of the car fixed before i try modding it again, it needs all new struts, Thinking about converting it to a set from a Lesabre without the air shocks, to hopefully keep the rear from sagging so much on hard acceleration. Next i will try to go with a 2.3 pulley to keep the KR in check.
