All you have to do is install the BCA with the top vac line hooked up ONLY. I'll have more details up on my SC page soon for troubleshooting both devices which will clearly show you how to do it.

I've put many hours into that page already. And with the insane hours I put in for HP, some things have to wait.

I have all the pics and procedures for the nosedrive rebuild, and putting the info together for the BCA/BCS troubleshooting/theory of operation. There will be graphics or pics of each mode (bypass open or closed) showing the state of the actuator and solonoid, and where you should or should not have vacuum in each state.

Also how to bypass the solonoid to test the actuator, or isolate which is the problem.
