when talking about the orings for the injectors are the o-rings all that I need or do I need an injector seal kit ( the dealer quoted 75 for this) and napa says about $3 per injector for the o-rings, would just the napa ones be ok or do I need to get the kit from the dealer?

Napa is fine. You need 12 total.

Alot depends on what your budget is and what you plan to do about the coolant. I can't remember if I gave you the pitch yet, so here it is:

http://www.zillamotorsports.com/DEX

Without DEX, your nylon gaskets should be good for about 100k. With DEX, they could fail in as little as 20-30k.

If it'* in your budget, go aluminum AND ditch the DEX.

You didn't read that link. It states to use 'mixes with any color' coolant from Prestone. Don't mistake this for DEX compatible.

Nothing else needs to be changed, but you need to FLUSH out the old. Get it all gone. Prestone sells a flushing Tee set at your parts store.

INTENSE also sells the aluminum gaskets.
