Just curious, but did you actually see the blades lock up, or is it just not turning? If it is just not turning, it'* possible the coupler broke apart and lodged itself in the gears. If you take it apart, you might be able to fix it by just putting in a new coupler. Just a thought.

I did it. You'll need a 95 TB, several washers to for the back corner bolt, and an Air/Fuel calibrator.

If your going to spend $600 for new SC, I'd go with Magnuson. They are the only company that can get original parts to rebuild these SC'*. Also, as I mentioned in my previous posts, the rotors are matched and balanced specially together and magnuson will give you newly matched rotors, not just any old set that came in from a junked up unit. At least give them a call and see what they have to say. www.magnusonproducts.com. They have 2 versions of rebuilds available. The regular model and the blem model that isn't as prettied up or someting. It'* about ballpark $600 I think.

Great advice. I'm not sure what the price difference is, but you can't argue with Magnusson.
