Default Windshield wiper pump not working - 03 GP GT

The windshield wiper motor is not working on my brother'* 03 GP GT.

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this thing?

The resivoir is full. Pump is not humming or anything when engaged. Thinking is dead electrically.

I'm sure you've checked but is there any fuses for that kind of thing and is there any wire that may be cut?

There'* no dedicated fuse just for the washer fluid pump. That being said, all other fuses are fine.

No wires are cut in the vicinity either. I'll probably start by taking the resivoir out and inspecting the pump. Maybe even try putting 12 volts directly to the pump to see if it'll even hum. And, I'll engage the squirters and read the voltage coming out to the harness. That'* about all I can do I suppose. That should help isolate where the issue is if nothing else.

Measuring the voltage at the connector which plugs into the pump while the wash button is pressed is likely your next best check. Proper voltage here = bad motor. If there is no voltage and you have diagrams, you can start working back from there.
