The first thing that comes to mind is the infamous corroded ground buss problem. Leaks are common in our cars especially 92-95. There are two ground buss connectors, one on each side of the car, loacted along the sills near the kick panels. When they become corroded, bizzare things can happen.

Pull the carpet back and locate the busses. They are usually completely taped to the wire loom but because they are tecrangle in shape, they're easy to spot. Check for corrosion and clean of necessary. Check both sides.

i will check that. But when you push the button or on my keless entry it makes a sound. And it is coming from those metal acculator type things under the driver seat. Does something under there control the windows.

Default windows

I think theres a circuit breaker that controls all of these. Could be stuck open.
