Default Will these work as fog lights?

Hi there,
I am wondering if the rear bumper lights, typically found on Grand Am'*, Sunfires, etc will work for my front bumper fog lights?
Has any one tried it?? How did it turn out?

They look like a direct fit, but I don't know.

Here is a pic:

Not sure, but I think that they might have a slanted lense instead of a flat lense :?

I think some of the older ones are flat.

Any suggestions for fog light upgrades??

I know this topic is somewhat old but still pretty recent. Is it common to do the 100w upgrade on the Hella Optilux also or just the cyberwhites?
