The Hellas as Andrew mentioned are a circle pattern. Great for roller coaster roads, bad for traffic. The Cyber whites are nicer to motorists, but wont cover as high. If you're goind down a hill, with an uphill section approaching it'* nice to have the extra light up high.
However you can't use the hella'* all the time, unless you like to get flashed.
It'* a matter of what you want them for. Both are a HUGE step from stock though. It'* the best driveability mod i've done.

The Hella'* do hit signs really brightly. It'* nice if you're having trouble reading a sign, or looking for an address, etc.
You won't have that problem with the Navigators. The projector design grabs the light that would be wasted directly in front of the car that you can't see, and the extreme uppermost, and focuses it back to the road ahead. I don't get flashed, and I still see signs at distance, especially with the brights on (remember, I modded the stock wiring that disables driving lights with highs......one of the best mods I've done).
