My Bonny didn't come with the remotes. I found the post on how to program them (THANKS DANTHURS!), but don't know how to get them...

Best place is eBay. Do a search there, they will come up.

So any remote will work? Does it have to be a GM or is there a certain series or anything like that?

Do an Ebay search for 1999 pontiac bonneville remote. Here is one result from that search:

96 97 1998 1999 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE SSEI REMOTE 25678792:eBay Motors (item 220483067234 end time Oct-12-09 00:00:36 PDT)

Does your car have memory settings? Are there 3 buttons next to your driver'* door inside release handle marked 1, Exit and 2? If so, look for keyless remotes sold as a set marked "1" and "2". If you have these buttons, and don't understand what they do, let us know and we can explain. If you don't, just buy something like the link I sent last night. Ebay is definitely your best bet.

No memory settings, so I hope I'm in good shape. There'* a swap meet going on today that specifically mentioned keyless entry remotes on a radio add. I think I'll start there.

Thank you both very much. I'll let you know how it turns out. Oh and an earlier post on 98 SSEi HUD "fixed" my HUD. It was just angled wrong. I didn't even know those things existed - how cool!
