Default what do you think?

I'm thinking I have a bad/on it'* last leg, alternator. here are the symptoms

My lights will dim whenever I press on the brake (head lights, ecc, radio, etc)
Every once in a while (when I notice it every other day) my guages will jump when I apply the brake
The interior lights will flicker
When running the head lights all of my electronics will flicker (ecc, radio, interior lights, blinker) and guages will bounce to the music
Once a week (like tonight) I was running my lights, heater, and rear defroster while sitting at a stop light. Battery went from 14 volts to 10 volts in 2 seconds. Lights dimmed and I put the car in neutral and revved the engine and the lights came back to life, but the battery was slow to recharge and would keep dying when I let go of the accelerator
Guages will some times just freak out, jump around all over the place

I think I need a new alternator. The guys at CarX said it was good and I kinda believe them. It has it'* moments, sometimes it'* good, other times it'* non-existant. I also believe it is causing a problem with my radio, or at least I'm hoping to kill two birds with one stone.

same as my friend'* car, and it was his alternator, his lgihts flickers, guages dimmer, engine sputtered even, possibly due to less power for the spark plugs

yes its time for a new alt. you dont want to strain the battery any more that you are now
I would reccommend going to advance and get a AcDelco 140amp Lifetime warrenty to solve all your problems
