i love my red top
what ever battery you get make sure it has both top and side post then its very easy to add a extra power wire for a stereo or something

ive got an interstate and never had any problems, even after leaving the headlights on overnight once

you can go with a regular side post battery and still connect amps easily using this:

I just use my stock battery with one of those since mine is 1,200 CCA from the factory anyways.

I got quite a beefy energizer battery from Wal-Mart. It was about $90 Canadian. It'* been really great so far, especially on those days with a crapload of cranking when she won't start. Crappy ICM, Coils, etc...But good battery.

I got a red top in my car....$20 bux......But I think it'* a bad one though....Oh well I'll just chuck it at the guy at work that sold it too me.....lol Interstate is about the only battery I'll use if I can help it.....The interstate that'* in my pick up right now it 8 yrs old and hasn't croaked yet.....Goes dead if it sits for a week or so.....but still goin strong....

I got the red top. just hooked it up so i can't tell much of a difference yet but my headunit didn't dim when the subs hit like it did with my old battery.
