Default Remove window motor

Hey guys I need a little help. I am trying to replace the window motor in my 88 Bonneville and when i took the panel off and the plastic, I still didn't have access to the motor. I can't figure out how to get it out let alone get the new one in. Any help would be great. I will try and post a picture tomorrow at work. I have to tear the door apart to take one. If some one knows of a thread to refer me to that would be great I searched and couldn't find anything with pictures.

I don't recall there being a write up on that. I don't have service manuals that go that far back. But some pictures might help.
