If your mirrors are tinted blue or have descernable wavy lines symbol, then they are heated.

Bingo. The blue tint is a dead giveaway on the Bonnevilles. I've never seen blue tint without the heat option.

I agree. As for SSEs and SSEis with heated rear windows and non-heated mirrors, I don't know what to say. All I can tell you is that the service manual lists no separate RPO code for heated mirrors alone, and the wiring diagrams do not show them as optional parts of the defogger circuits, so...?

Maybe they were separate options in years other than 1993; otherwise I have no idea.

my 93 sse has the rear heated window but no heated mirrors. are your fancy heated mirrors also electrochromic? that would be a nice option to have.

Jseabert'* 93SSE doesn't have the heated mirrors, either.....if I recall correctly.

The side mirrors were originally intended to be electrochromic (there'* a third wire from the center mirror intended for this purpose) but it was never done. This is probably why they went with the blue tint. Cheaper and easier.

I know Josh has the rear defrost. I'll have to check his mirrors again.
