With my multimeter set to read Ohm'* on 20k, the key pellet reads 4.75. Now when I check the reading on the white wires it only reads 4.39 is that the problem? When the key ( 4.75) is inserted into the cylinder it has more resistance than what the Vats (4.39) has?????
